 [##  BGH bestätigt Verurteilung von AfD-Fraktionschef wegen NS-Parole

Karlsruhe - Der Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) hat am 11. September 2025 die Verurteilung des thüringischen AfD-Fraktionsvorsitzenden wegen des Verwendens eines Kennzeichens einer verfassungswidrigen Organisation bestätigt. Damit sind zwei Urteile des Landgerichts Halle rechtskräftig. Der Politiker hatte am 29. Mai 2021 bei einer Wahlveranstaltung in Merseburg sowie am 12. Dezember 2023 bei einem parteiinternen Stammtisch in Gera die SA-Parole „Alles für Deutschland“ verwendet. Nach den Feststellungen des Landgerichts war ihm die Herkunft der Parole aus der Sturmabteilung (SA) der NSDAP und deren rechtliche Bedeutung bewusst. Beim zweiten Vorfall sprach er zunächst „Alles für“ und forderte die Anwesenden durch eine Armbewegung dazu auf, das Wort „Deutschland“ zu ergänzen, was einige taten.
