Es gibt einen Punkt, an dem man aufhört, Politik nur zu beobachten – und beginnt, sie verstehen zu wollen.

Für mich lag dieser Punkt in der Corona-Zeit. Nicht, weil ich plötzlich Antworten hatte. Sondern weil ich gemerkt habe, dass viele Entscheidungen nicht mehr nachvollziehbar waren. Also begann ich, mich in die Strukturen hineinzubewegen: Gremienportale, Beschlussvorlagen, Verwaltungslogiken.

Was ich dort gefunden habe, ist kein Versagen. Aber ein System, das an seine Grenzen kommt.
